This is a continuation of Panthic Weekly’s (PW) series of articles on the revelations made by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) representative Rulda Singh on discreetly made voice recordings obtained by our news bureau.

In this issue, PW is releasing recordings where Rulda narrates his meetings with key members of the International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) and other leaders in Europe and Canada.
Rulda Audio extracts :
Returning to India
Rulda names several individuals who attended a meeting with LK Advani, and claims that they were all ex-ISYF Kharkoos who have returned to India after 2-1/2 decades. They include Bhupinder Singh of Holland, Piara Singh Nath of Canada , and an individual named Darshan.
Meeting with Narinder Modi
Rulda says he went to Gujrat on behalf of ex-Panthic Committee and ISYF member Satinderpal Singh with two of his associate and met with Narinder Modi (CM of Gujrat), and later they introduced with the Governor of Gujrat. This was done to assist Prof. Bhuller.
Open doors, Operation Blue Star
Rulda states that no one has listened to these people living in other countries (on the black lists), and it is only them (the RSS) who have opened doors to allow them to come to India. Rulda states that Satinderpal Singh and Harpal Nagra are two opposing groups.
Rulda states that Sikhs need to eventually overcome the “anger” from Operation Blue Star, and he is interested in bringing them to the mainstream. He states that Pakistan is using the Sikhs to take revenge for Bangladesh.
Mainstream
Rulda says these people should be and are being brought into the mainstream. He states some of them, such as Piara Singh Nath of Canda were just here and met with LK Advani.
Indian Intelligence and Agents
Rulda states that Satinderpal, Piara Singh Nath, Pritam Singh Mander all are aware of their position and are coming to them. Rulda then states that he has studied the characteristics of all the Sikh Jathaybandis. When he came back from England he was surrounded by the various agencies who wanted him to report to them, but he refused and only handed his report to LK Advani, who was his boss. He stated that he works for the RSS and not directly for any agency.
Rulda goes on and details a meeting he had with the Indian Intelligence Bureau who were impressed with his work. He states these agencies have information on the various agents working in Sikh organizations and that half of them have been already exposed by (Maloy Krishna) Dhar’s (Open Secrets : India's Inelligence Unveiled)
Meeting with Associates
Rulda talks about Satinderpal Singh’s associates from Canada. Rulda claims that he has a different mission and says that Satinderpal stated that if his men are released then he himself might agree to something.
UK Hardcores
Rulda mentions an Amrik Singh Dhillon who hosted a tea party for him, Daljit Singh Shergill who organized a meeting at which he cursed at Manmohan Singh (Dal Khalsa UK) when he opposed Rulda. Rulda claims that Kuldeep (Singh) Cheheroo, who is considered bigwig there, took him in his car. In the second audio Rulda claims that Manmohan Singh started supporting him afterwards.
