Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji visited Ropar and met with the area chief of Ropar.

1924

Canadian Shaheedi Jatha left Victoria (BC) to court arrest at Jaito Morcha.

1926

ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣਾ   Sardar Teja Singh Samundri passed away while under British imprisonment at the Lahore Fort during the Gurudwara Sudhar Lehar.

1955

The Sikhs throughout Punjab observed strike against sacrilege of Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar by the Government.

1957

Miscreant Hindus threw cigarettes into the Sarovar at Darbar Sahib, Amritsar.

1982

The police confiscated a jeep belonging to Jatha Bhindran at Chowk Mehta Gurdwara and arrested 3 Sikhs.

1984

Jathedar Talwinder Singh Babbar was released from a German jail after 13 months of detention.
