ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ੧੧ ਅਗਸਤ ੨੦੧੦ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਲੂੰਦਰੇ ਗਏ, ਜਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਜਮਨਾਪਾਰ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਦੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰ. ੧੩ ਵਿਚ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਰਾਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਕ ਗਡਾਉਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਬੀੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ-੨ ਫੁੱਟ ਗਹਿਰੇ ਗੰਦੇ ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੱਢੇ।

੧੧ ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਲਗਭਗ ੧੦ ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਰੰਭ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਇਹ ਉਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਤ ੨ ਵਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਚੱਲਿਆ। ਲੱਗਭਗ ਸਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਦਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਗਈਆ ਸਨ। ੧੫੦ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਪਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗ ਜਮਨਾਪਾਰ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਲੇਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਸਜਲ ਨੇਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇਖੀਆ ਗਈਆਂ। ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕਈ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਘੋਰ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਉਚੀਆਂ-੨ ਭੂਪਾਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਜਮਨਾਪਾਰ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-੨ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਅਲਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਰੁਮਾਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਡਾਉਨ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਗਭਗ ੧੬ ਘੰਟੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਭਾਉਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ। ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਜਨਾਂ ਕਮਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਮੰਜਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਈਆਂ।

ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਡੇਰੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਪ ਆ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਜਾਂਦੇ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤੱਦ ਤੀਕ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਲੈਜਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ।
ਸ਼ਹਿਬਾਜ਼ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਭਾਈ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੱਛਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਇਸ ਚਲਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਨ। ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ, ਜਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਰਨਾ ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਸ਼ਹਿਬਾਜ਼ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-੨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਨੌਜ਼ਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੋਸ ਇਤਨਾਂ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਰਨੇ ਨੂਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੋੜੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਸਰਨੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਲੱਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਘਸੁਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੀਂਹ ਵਰਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਸਕਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੋਇੰਦਵਾਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰੁਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੁਫਰ ਤੋਲਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਾਰਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ੭ ਸਤੰਬਰ ੨੦੦੫ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ੭ ਸਤੰਬਰ ੨੦੦੭ ਤੱਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਬਾਜ਼ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਠੋਸ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਸਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਲਸਮਣ ਚੇਲਾਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਟਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਤੋਂ ਛਾਪ ਕੇ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਇਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੀ.ਡੀ. ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਪੰਥਕ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਲੇਕਿਨ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਰਾਮ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਘੋਰ-ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਜਗਰੁਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੌਂ ਜਦ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਰੂਪ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਸਹਿਤ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਕਸਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਹੱਲਾ ਸ਼ੇਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਾਰਾਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਝੂਠੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਾਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਬਿਧ ਘੋਰ-ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਸ਼ਮਣ ਚੇਲਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਢੁੱਕਵੀਂ ਸਜਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ? ਇਸ ਘੋਰ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੀ ਸਜਾ ਕੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਈ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਘੋਰ-ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਹੀ ਸੀ ਲਿਆਉਣਾਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਪੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਲੇਕਿਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀ Panthic.org ਦੇ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਾਰ-੨ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ, ਟੈਲੀਫੂਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਮੇਂਟਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਛੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਹੁਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਖੋਂ ਪਰੋਖੇ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਫੋਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਵੀਡੀਓਸ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕਿ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪੋ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਾਏ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਸੋਚਿਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਘੋਰ-ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।

The issue is being given a political twist perhaps and being blown out of proportion. The DSGPC of SGPC have no system of checking any body's business premises or trade tactics.
How ever it is the reponsiblity of any sikh to keep atop the honour of SGGS. The warehouse of Chela Ram is said to be defunct and locked for the last many years and only opened when the rain water entered it.
Recently it was reported from Jalandhar that some grocery bags were found in the market, made out of papers of Gutkas of Gurbani but no news have been reported about the action .
Instead of igniting the issue any more, the Akal Takhat sahib may call the heads of Chela Ram sect to explain their conduct and beg pardon for their lapse and ban them from any further such activity.
The Birs are known to have been salvaged at Goindwal sahib in a hasty action. The DSGPC may hold a Deewan for a "Paschatap" at Delhi soon for the lapses reported at Chela Ram sect.

bahut he sharam de gal hai sade sarian vaste. jadon tak asin dehdhari babaian dee sharan jande rahange ae saara kuchh hunda rahega. galti sade saarian dee hai sanoo ehdee shurru aat he anahi honi chahide. aglee problem hun Rashtri Sikh Sangat to hon vaali hai. sanu saarian nu e shurru hon ton pehlan he khatam kar deni chaidi hai.

This act of Lachhman Chelaram shows that how much respect this family has for Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Chela Ram fooled the Sikh Panth and pretend himself as a Kirtania but he, as well his subsequent generations never took UPDESH from Gurbani. That was the reason that this family has not yet converted to SIKHI SAROOP. This family had been considering Guru Granth Sahib Ji at par with the other dharmik granths like Gita Bible etc. our sikh leadership has never took notics of this anti Gurmat Maryada prevailing at NIJ THAON, so our Delhi Gurdwara Prabandhak Committies,past as well present are equely resposible for this ghastly act.
Now the time has come that Sri Akal Takht Sahib must take note of it and printing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib should be restricted and should be made available to those who consider Guru Granth Sahib Ji as their GURU and can keep Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with full Maryada. However Gurbani SANCHIAN should be printed in large number and should be made available to aam sikh sangtan so that aam sikh GURBANI NAAL JUR SAKE ATE SAHIB SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI DA ADAB SATKAR VEE KAYAM RAH SAKE.

I dont know what to say. I am a Hindu, but i respect Sikh Gurus including Guru Granth Sahib. I am in shock and I feel sick. What the hell?

The defaulters should be taken into task at once and Shri sarna,the stooge of Shiela Dixit, Chief minister should be discarded from Sikhisim, and banned for all this act, this is not the case here, only other gurudwara are also mismanaged by him and his crew,they never submit accounts, to the sad sangath and it is being alleged that sarna personaly collects amount for funding to Congress in power here, means Shila Dixit and his son.
Lets face it, Sikhs have got no unity, no leader, no political or legal power to tackle these Anti panthic issues. The RSS and other terrorist Hindu organizations keep distorting the Sikh History, language and guru ghars but we are all looking other way.
We do not have a legal Sikh organization to tackle these forces and we are left helpless, by our corrupt mahants. We are sitting helpless, ignoring the dire Sikh issues and just pretending we are loving our lives in India with Hindu brothers. We need to re-direct gurudwara resources to take legal actions (no violence) against these events and help put some culprits behind bars.
It is doable but we need honest educated Sikh leaders to lead the panth on every level and we need to unite Sikh panth irrespective of their caste and level of Sikh rahat. unless, we do that, Sikhs are stepping closer to being merged into Hinduism. We need vision of 4-5 generations ahead of now only then we can think of Sikhism's survival.
